Acupuncture
Acupuncture is one of the most effective non-pharmaceutical health solutions. It is extremely beneficial for conditions such as nausea, digestive problems, and most pain-related conditions.
Many clinical research trials have proven Acupuncture to stimulate better blood flow, to positively affect certain neurotransmitter and hormone levels, and even to generate endorphin secretion within the body. The exact science of how acupuncture works is still not well understood. But with thousands of years of empirical evidence and clinical history, Acupuncture has stood the test of time as a safe and effective alternative healthcare solution.
Chiropractic
Chiropractic helps to restore joint mobility through spinal manipulations, also known as "adjustments." By manually applying a controlled force into joints that have restricted movements, Chiropractic adjustments help to reduce and alleviate pain, increase joint mobility, remove nerve impingement, and improve your body's physical function.
For patients looking for non-surgical, non-invasive treatment for various musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions, Chiropractic care is not just limited to spinal manipulations, but also may include a wide variety of modalities such as physiotherapy, soft tissue manipulation, stretching, and strengthening techniques beneficial for many acute and chronic conditions.
Massage Therapy
Please note that all massage sessions are based on a clinical hour/half-hour (total time the massage room is being used), and the hands-on time will be 50 minutes for an hour session and 20 minutes for a half-hour session.
The purpose of a Therapeutic Massage is for both the client and the Therapist to have a shared goal of achieving structural changes in the body.
This is done with various massage techniques such as: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Cross Friction Fiber, Craniosacral, TMJ, and Sports massage.
Limber
Limber is an ideal complement to an existing wellness program for those who would like to experience deeper, more concentrated stretching while increasing their muscle elasticity. For those experiencing chronic pain and inflammation, assisted stretching can help to reduce soreness, reduce stiffness, and increase blood flow to muscle tissues while helping to increase mobility.
Our highly trained Stretch Therapists work with clients to develop an individualized stretching program designed to address each client's unique areas of concern and help the client accomplish their personal wellness goals.
